Please bring the credit card used for booking, along with a matching photo ID. We also recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, swimwear, a towel, a light sweater or cover-up, and a camera. We provide drinking water on board, but you're welcome to bring additional snacks or refreshments.

Absolutely. Unity24Fish is fully licensed under commercial boat registration through the Bahamas Port Department and carries comprehensive insurance. If you or your organization require documentation, we’ll gladly provide it upon request.

Private restrooms are available at the check-in location prior to departure.

Yes—your safety is our top priority. All boats undergo regular inspections and are approved by local Bahamian authorities. Our experienced crew holds valid Captain’s Licenses and STCW certifications, and they are trained in emergency protocols and first aid.

We closely monitor weather conditions to ensure a safe experience. If weather forces us to cancel your tour, we will do our best to reschedule. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you will receive a full refund. Please note: refunds are only issued for weather-related cancellations made by the Captain, who has the final say on weather safety.

Our high-speed powerboats minimize the side-to-side motion that typically causes seasickness. While most guests feel fine, if you're prone to motion sickness, we recommend eating a light meal beforehand, avoiding alcohol, and considering anti-nausea medication.

To keep our schedule and respect all guests, we cannot delay departures for late arrivals. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for missed tours due to lateness, so we recommend arriving early.

Due to the high-speed nature of our tours, they are not recommended for:

• Expectant mothers

• Infants

• Individuals with back, neck, or knee issues

• Those with heart conditions or other conditions affected by high-speed travel

All participants must be physically fit and able to understand basic English for safety briefings. If you have limited mobility, please let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
